At the age of 21, still in college at Oregon State University, our founder bought his first house, as a rental. A year later, he bought another. Pretty soon, it was three more. While we started with rental properties, we now specialize in custom homes and high end construction.
All our work is backed by a 3 year labor and (up to) a lifetime material warranty from the manufacturer.
