About Us
Our Story
At the age of 21, still in college at Oregon State University, our founder bought his first house, remodeling it on the weekends between studying for exams. A year later, he built another. Pretty soon, it was three more. We still manage all our rental properties in house, through 819 Properties LLC, our dedicated property ownership and management arm.
We started with rental properties, and we now also build custom homes and high end construction, in addition to rentals and other income properties.
All our work is backed by a 3 year labor and (up to) a lifetime material warranty from the manufacturer.
