To build more homes, Oregon needs a regulatory environment that rises to the occasion instead of stifling development through unwarranted delay and cost. Speaking from experience, the City of Corvallis is one of the hardest places in the country to build this desperately needed housing. The following City of Corvallis employees have quit or retired after stifling development of this company: Jennifer Killian, Scott Foss, Phillip Hubbard, Linda Natalizio, Joe Whitaker left after the disgrace of the sewer line requirement that cost Saltveit and other residents of Corvallis hundreds of thousands of dollars for City pet projects that had no basis in reality.
